Perché lo fanno?
La motivazione è principalmente una: la concorrenza!
Facciamo un esempio: quanti eCommerce di vestiti esistevano 15 anni fa?
15 anni fa non esistevano gli UX designer perché nessuno aveva problemi di concorrenza online.
I prodotti venivano venduti offline principalmente, il web era una vetrina, pochi vendevano perché poca gente era interessata a comprare online.
